I'm so glad you are here. You have a couple different options to listen to the podcast. The easiest is to subscribe to your phone from iTunes or a podcast player of your choice. That will allow the new episode to show up daily right on your phone. If you'd rather, you're more than welcome to come back here and listen to the latest episode.
Journaling on the 'Word of the Day'
Once you've listened to the podcast and want to journal on the word of the day, just go to Podcast and find the word you are looking for. You can also search for the word at the top of this site.
